14% lodging Tax.  Cleaning fee is $200 for cypress and Narrows, $175 for ponderosa. 

If you want to rent a boat, we require a minimum 2 day rental for off peak season or a minimum 3 day rental for peak season.  We only have 2 boats for our 4 rental homes so reserve your boat early!
