12% lodging Tax.  Cleaning fee is $175 for cypress and Narrows, $150 for ponderosa. We require a $250 Refundable damage security deposit,  That will be returned to you within one week After  departure if there is no damage .  

If you want to rent a boat, we require a minimum 2 day rental for off peak season or a minimum 3 day rental for peak season.  We only have 2 boats for our 4 rental homes so reserve your boat early!
