Lake Arrowhead Vacation Rentals
We invite you to our 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom, lakefront home at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a gated, private Lake Arrowhead community just 1 hour north of Atlanta. The dock has deep water access which provides a perfect spot for you to swim, fish, or sunbathe. There is over 60 feet of lakefront right outside your back door. The deck and dock overlook the eastern shore of Lake Arrowhead with both lake and mountain views, which are spectacular, especially in the fall.
The home includes appliances, linens, furniture, electronics, and fully stocked kitchen. Other amenities include gas fireplace, gas grill, washer/dryer, and wine chiller. The home sleeps 10 which includes 2 queens, 1 full, and a bunk bed with full bottom and twin on top, and 1 pull out queen sleeper plus loft with day bed and trundle.
HD cable (living room plus 2 bedrooms), 2 large screen tvs, internet (wifi) and free domestic dialing included. The theater room includes DLP projector, theater seating, and popcorn concession machine. A pack n' play and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
The theater room is UNBELIEVEABLE!! I wish I put one in my regular home. It has 5 leather theater seats that have blue lights under the seats and cup holders. The seats are electric reclining which also has built in lights. The carpet has a glow in the dark confetti design. The room also has blue rope lights near the ceiling. A large theater popcorn machine sits in the corner.
BOAT RENTAL
A 20' pontoon boat is available for rent for experience boaters. If you do want to rent our boat there is a minimum 3-day rental during peak season, 2-day rental minimum off peak season. The rate includes a full tank of gas and you must fill the gas tank when finished. The rate is $225/day, $1150/week. The boat is a 20' Bentley pontoon with a 90 hp Mercury engine. Sorry.... no tubing or any other towing. (insurance rules). Please reserve the boat early, we only have 2 boats for our 4 homes. First come, first served.
A hydrobike, 10' Paddle board, canoe, kayak and a paddleboat are available for your enjoyment at no cost. You can not bring in your own boats, this is not our rule. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake which is subject to covenants which dictate that visitors' boats are not allowed. The gate house will check the name on the boat registration with the homeowners name.
There is a hot tub for your enjoyment. It is great to soak in the tub in any season and view the mountains. We empty the water and clean the hot tub after each rental for your hot tubbing enjoyment!
Our home is a pet free house. We are very strict, regardless of pet size, in enforcing this policy. Not only do we have brand new floors, furniture, bedding, etc., but also are sensitive to guests who may have pet allergies. We remain a pet free environment to insure that we will provide a high quality home free from dander and allergens which is crucial to people with allergies. We apologize if this is an inconvenience.
We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Protect your vacation. When we reserve your rental we turn dozens of other customers away while holding the property for you. If someone cancels on us it is hard to find another renter on short notice. When my family goes on vacation we purchase trip insurance, it has saved us a few times.
